To the staff and students of the Culinary Arts Class at Seaway Tech: I would like to extend a big thank you to the Culinary Arts class at Seaway Tech.
Recently we received a phone call stating a family member had passed away suddenly in Nebraska. When I found out arrangements were to be here, I started thinking about a luncheon after the service for family and friends.
Since I a, experiencing some health issues I knew I would need help. My uncertainties were put to rest after speaking with Theresa Smith, the Culinary Arts instructor.
The food was dropped off for prep: to be picked up the day before the luncheon. I also ordered six dozen dinner rolls and six dozen homemade cookies.
Everything went smoothly and again I thank the class and its leaders.
Have you ever checked out the excellent programs at Seaway Tech for your son or daughter? It would be beneficial to do so during an open house, which is usually held in the fall, or call 353-2293 to receive more information.
