To the Editor:

Last week, while working in Canton, I took advantage of the free flu shot clinic hosted by the St. Lawrence County Department of Public Health. Even though the workers were extremely busy tending to a large crowd, the workflow was very well organized, every Public Health employee greeted me with a big smile and made the flu shot experience enjoyable – if you can believe a flu shot can be such.

I very rarely write public comments, but after experiencing a large group of professionals operate a clinic with such precision I felt I had to share this with the public.

Oh, and by the way, the flu shot was painless!
