To the Editor,

On behalf of the board, I would like to thank everyone who participated in any way to make our “40th Birthday Bash” on April 29 a huge success.

Thank you to SUNY Potsdam for the donation of the cake, Stewart’s for the donation of the Ice Cream, and our wonderful customers who shared in the day with us.

On May 18, we had our third “Spring Fling Swing Dance” and would like to thank all that turned to “kick up their heels” and enjoy the music as well as the delicious desserts.

Thank you to Lisa Hunt for organizing the dance again this year, David Tisdale for helping to clean up and rearrange the table and chairs with us, Nature’s Storehouse for letting us sell our tickets, First Presbyterian Church for the use of the building, Loraina Ghiralki for the lessons, WalMart, Price Chopper, and Potsdam Food Co-Op for their donations, Mary’s Country Cookin’ for the cupcakes, and last but not least, Jack Kelley and his Little Big Band for the music for the evening.

Our next big celebration will be during the “Potsdam Summer Festival” on July 13, when we will have our $.40 sale. Watch for the advertisement.

Again, thank you for all of your support.

Mary Enslow, President
