To the Editor:
Your story about “Cornell Cooperative Extension Reopens Canton Sugar House Following Fire in March” gave me a very happy feeling about our North Country community.
I would like to express my gratitude for the generosity of syrup makers Jim Woodrow, Hugh Newton, the Maple Producers Association and manufacturer CDL–USA Evaporators for helping rebuild the facility at the Extension Learning Farm.
I hope folks will visit the facility during this upcoming maple season and buy maple products from our great maple producers.
