To the Editor:
The Canton Goldenaires moved their annual show to the Colton-Pierrepont Central High School in July this year.
We believe it’s the first time our show was in July and the first time in Colton. Of all the many benefit performances, this is the only major show used to raise funds for the chorus to cover their expenses.
It would be difficult to thank all of you who supported this show, but we truly appreciate those who purchased ads for the show, those who provided gifts to raffle.
We had 14 winners.
Thanks to the many organizations and individuals who have helped us during the year and of course, those who came to the show.
For those who missed the show- watch for us next year in June.
We consider the show this year a success. Thanks to all of you.
The Goldenaires will next perform at the Russell Theatre on Friday, Aug. 15.
