To the Editor:

David Button has been involved in the planning and management of budgets in a variety of organizations for which I’ve had first-hand knowledge and has done an exemplary job.

He is very easy to work with and is always a team builder.

Having known David Button about 20 years, these are the words that describe him as I know him: creative, innovative, hard working, a person of vision, well rounded in life experience and education, personable, an extremely good communicator, a people person, one who lives by ethical principles, willingly goes the extra mile, tactful, thoughtful and definitely a family man.

He knows how to think outside of the box when it comes to problem solving.

I believe he’s the right man for county treasurer for the times we find ourselves in.
