Who will be saved?

When the latest round of gun control legislation was shoved down the throats of Americans, such as New York’s SAFE Act, in the wake of the Newtown shooting spree, a reporter asked what provisions of the new law would have saved any of the victims at the Sandy Hook School.

That reporter got a blank stare for an answer. These types of questions are not supposed to be asked. The answer is, of course, nothing in the new laws would have saved anyone on that terrible day.

Who will be saved by these new laws? The answer to that question is the same as the answer to all similar questions about who will be saved by the gun grabbers: crooked, anti-liberty politicians and their enablers will be saved.

No innocent victims will be any safer. In fact, innocent possible victims may be in a bit more danger because laws that make it harder for the honest to defend themselves create more shooter friendly zones. Crooked politicians don’t care! Their anti-liberty enablers don’t care!

The second amendment was put in place so that the people would have a last ditch defense against a totalitarian government setting up in America, as is occurring right now.

The only politicians who are pushing gun-grabbing legislation are those politicians who know they are crooked and are trying to make it safer for them to establish tyranny in America. Their pushing of the gun grabbing agenda is their admission that they are in fact crooked and anti-liberty. Enablers in the media, education, entertainment and elsewhere are admitting that they are fine with tyranny and would not mind seeing a Soviet style or Cuban style or Nazi style dictatorship installed in the USA.

They are not your friends nor are they friends of America. They are American in name only.
