To the Editor:
With Primary Day approaching, you wonder the importance, however, this day is earmarked as the time when parties weed out and select the best candidate to represent them at the general election in November.
I, Terry Billings, am offering you integrity and experience to fill the elected position of highway superintendent in the town of Canton, and being a military veteran I fully understand the dedication require to hold that office. As in the past I pledge I will not embarrass myself, family and most of all, the community of Canton.
I will work shoulder to shoulder wit the Canton town board on matters of governing,. And ensure monies assigned to highways will be spent best and most logical ways to provide the services expected. My highway crew has endorsed me and that speaks to their trust and confidence thy have in me to lead them. I’m very proud to represent Canton.
In closing, please support the election process on Sept. 12. See you at the polls.
Terry Billings
