History repeats itself.
Once again an Amish buggy is hit from behind and two people are hurt. One treated and released from the hospital and the other is being treated for many broken bones in a Syracuse hospital.
An innocent horses killed and the person driving the SUV is not physically hurt, but you may be able to imagine the trauma of being involved in such an accident.
How many accidents have to occur before common sense and new laws take over? All buggies should be required to have reflective triangles on the back and reflective tape on the front. The choice should be comply with this law or stay off the roads at dusk.
It would seem God would want all parties to remain safe.
