The Kiwanis Club of Potsdam, working in tandem with the Potsdam Fire Department and the Potsdam Village Police Department, wishes to acknowledge the volunteers who donated their time and/or provided refreshments to participants of the recent Rag-A-Muffin Halloween Parade held in Potsdam Saturday, October 28th.

Thank you Tim Horton’s, Rte 11-B, and Dunkin Donuts Market St., for their donation of Timbits and donut holes. Price Chopper Rte 56 for providing donuts and fresh apple cider, Save-A-Lot for fresh apple cider. In addition, WalMart provided fresh apple cider, cups and napkins.

The Potsdam Fire Department provided gift bags containing goodies to the marchers in costume. Helping servers were Kiwanis Key Club Members Noah Bohl, Isabelle Foisy, Kristen Parker and Nolan Anderson. Kiwanis Builders Club Members were Cade Saiff, Kathy Yu, Anthony Jimenez and Teagan Saiff with Nancy Walters (Club B.O.D.) supervising.

The annual event was organized and supervised by Kiwanis Officer and leader of the Key Club, Nicole Jimenez. Ms. Jimenez estimates that more than 150 youths with adults participated in this year’s Rag-A-Muffin Halloween Parade.
