PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the VILLAGE OF NORWOOD will hold a Public Hearing on JULY 18, 2017 AT 5:45 P.M. at the MUNICIPAL BUILDING, Norwood, NY, regarding granting a cable television franchise agreement by and between the VILLAGE OF NORWOOD and TIME WARNER CABLE NORTHEAST LLC, l/k/a Charter Communications. A copy of the agreement is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the VILLAGE CLERK’S OFFICE, 11 S. Main St., Norwood, New York. At such public hearing, all persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written and oral statements will be taken at that time. (S 58°00’ E. in former description) 10 feet to an iron pipe set on the top of the bank; thence continuing on the same course 51.4 feet to a cross cut in a rock on the top of a ledge; thence continuing on the same course 22.4 feet to an iron pipe set at the west end of a stone wall; thence continuing on the same course 231.3 feet to an iron pipe set at or near the west road margin; thence continuing on the same course about 21 feet to the place of beginning.
