Two youths from Massena and Star Lake recently took internships with a Massena doctor and at the Potsdam Humane Society through the St. Lawrence County Youth Bureau.
Logan Norris of Massena worked for Dr. Nate Witkop, a chiropractor in Massena. Lindsay Johnson of Star Lake worked for the Potsdam Humane Society.
Norris is majoring in biology and hopes to further his education at chiropractic school. Johnson is a biology major and hopes to attend Cornell University's veterinary school after she completes her undergraduate degree from SUNY Potsdam.
