Todd Ramsdell of Winthrop, serving with the Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 27th Brigade Special Troops Battalion, was recently promoted to the rank of specialist by the New York Army National Guard.
Ramsdell was promoted in recognition of his “capability for additional responsibility and leadership,” according a press release from the National Guard.
Promotions are based on “overall performance, attitude, leadership ability, and development potential,” the release said.
