WADDINGTON -- Alex V. Hammond recently achieved Gold Star distinction for the spring 2015 semester at Valley Forge Military College in Pennsylvania.
Gold Star is similar to a dean’s list and is awarded to students who earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher for the semester.
Hammond earned a 3.84 GPA and is majoring in political science/history.
