OGDENSBURG – Three Ogdensburg businesses have sponsored participation of young people in the the Coast Guard Auxiliary’s About Boating Safely class.
Denise Boyce of Naturapath, Dr. Michele Vondra-Harwood of Harwood Chiropractic, and Kelly Charlton of Holistic Healing were recognized by the Ogdensburg Flotilla for their help.
Dr. Vondra-Harwood said, “I am pleased to be part of this program as it is important for young people to develop safe boating skills early in life.”
Kelly Charlton said, “My son took this course several years ago and is a more responsible boater because of the lessons learned in this class.”.
