POTSDAM -- SUNY Potsdam's PACES dining services has hired a new corporate executive chef.
Amy Conger has more than 20 years of experience in the food service industry, SUNY Potsdam says. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, she has worked for large corporations, such as Sodexo, the Compass Group and Aramark, as well as small private companies.
Conger also founded and ran her own catering company in Hartford, Conn., before moving to the North Country to be closer to family, according to the school.
