CANTON -- St. Lawrence University’s Board of Trustees has elected Andrew J. Alvarez and Tabitha Ferrer Flood, both graduates of the Class of 2008, as McCurdy-Sprague trustees for a period of four years.
Their terms begin on June 1.
Andrew J. Alvarez, originally from Lisbon, is currently a vice president, financial consultant with Fidelity Investments.
In that role, he advises high net-worth families and foundations to create wealth strategies with the goal of building, preserving, and transferring wealth.
Tabitha Ferrer Flood, a native “Bronxite,” is an attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP’s New York office.
Her practice focuses on litigation matters, including complex civil litigation and corporate internal investigations. Before joining the firm, Ferrer Flood clerked for the Honorable George B. Daniels of the Southern District of New York.
