Elizabeth Barney, Massena, Early Childhood Education program

Tia-Rose Stephenson, Potsdam, Health Careers program

Jedidiah Arquitt, St. Lawrence Central, HVAC program

Seaway student Cody Blevins was also recognized by the Potsdam Rotary Club as Student of the Month in September.
