The Northern Zone for Counselors and Development presented Ann Lesperance with the 2013 Counselor of the Year Award at a recent dinner.
Lesperance is a Special Education Counselor at the St. Lawrence Lewis BOCES. She provides therapeutic services to students in the Ogdensburg and Heuvelton Central School Districts. She has worked at BOCES for fourteen years.
“Ann is a wonderful choice for this award. Her years of service, level of professionalism, and strong work ethic are superb. She truly makes a difference in the lives of the families she serves and is highly regarded by her peers,” said Mary Ann Ashley, president.
