NORWOOD -- The Seaway Career & Technical Education Center announced Rebecca Caraballo as the Potsdam Rotary Club Student of the Month for September.
Rebecca is enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Program and is a student at Potsdam Central.
She is the daughter of Juan and Betty Caraballo. As a student in the Early Childhood Education Program, Rebecca has been a Student Leader for the past 2 years.
She is a member of the National Technical Honor Society.
She participates in the lab school program.
She has completed an internship in a first grade classroom at the St. Lawrence Central Elementary School.
