NORWOOD -- The staff and administration at Seaway Career & Technical Education Center in Norwood announce the selection of Stephen Davis as the Potsdam Rotary Club/Seaway Career & Technical Education Center Student of the Month for March. Davis, who is enrolled in the Criminal Justice Program, is also a student at Potsdam Central. He is the son of Pota Davis and Steve Davis.
Mr. Plumb, Criminal Justice instructor has said the following about Stephen. “Stephen is a very bright student that is motivated to learn. What I admire most about him is his integrity and level of respect of others. He will be very successful.”
