Anthony Oney has been selected as the Potsdam Rotary Club Student of the Month for May 2013

Oney is enrolled in the multi occupations program and is a student at Canton Central School. He is the son of Tina Oney.

Oney is involved in welding, electrical, wood working, torches and tool maintenance along with class projects.

“Anthony is always willing to learn new ideas and concepts. He is eager to help fellow students when needed and takes initiative to move on to the next step without help. Anthony’s attendance is excellent,” according to one of Oney’s instructors.

Anthony is working to complete the two-year multi occupations program and plans to attend the auto technology program at Seaway Tech in the fall.
