Marissa Brown of Potsdam recently took part in “Bengals Dare to Care Day,” at SUNY Buffalo State.

The Sept. 17 event “exemplifies Buffalo State's commitment to enriching students' academic growth through community engagement,” according to a press release.

"It is simply wonderful to see the huge manifestation of our community engagement on Bengals Dare to Care Day," President Katherine Conway-Turner blogged.

Buffalo State offers more than 170 undergraduate programs and more than 60 graduate programs, including 4+1 pathways that allow qualified students to earn both a bachelor's and master's degree in five years.
