Dr. Linda Moerschell and her research team of Dr. David Banner, Dr. Thea Singer, and Dr. Teresa Lao, have had two articles accepted for publication. Complexity Change Theory: Improvisational Leadership for Complex and Chaotic Environments was published in March in the Leadership and Organizational Management Journal 2013 (1), 24-47.
Dr. Moerschell and Dr. Banner will present this paper at the LOM Journal’s Business Conference at Roosevelt University in Chicago this September. The second paper, Eight Leadership Insights for Dealing with Complexity and Change has been accepted for publication in the September 2013 issue of Leadership Excellence: The magazine of leadership development, managerial effectiveness, and organizational productivity which is published by Executive Excellence Publishing.
Dr. Moerschell is a resident of Potsdam and is a lecturer at the SUNY Potsdam and a contributing faculty member in Kaplan University’s Graduate School of Strategic Management and Marketing.
She will be featured in the Winter–Spring 2014 issue of Walden University’s Alumni magazine in a column called “Connections.”
