POTSDAM -- The Potsdam Hospital Guild recently awarded $2,000 to four current Canton-Potsdam Hospital employees working to further their education.

This year’s Guild Continuing Education Award Recipients were Cynthia Follett and Tabitha Smith from the imaging department, Megan Gagner from obstetrics and Beth Woods from pulmonology.

Each received a scholarship to attend a conference, work toward advance certification or help pay for college tuition.

The four recipients were selected by the Potsdam Hospital Guild's Continuing Education Awards/Scholarship Committee.

The awards bring the Potsdam Guild’s total contribution to the hospital for 2015 to almost $62,000.
