POTSDAM -- Potsdam high school senior Bridget Parks worked with her middle school technology teacher, Brad Filiatrualt, to design and build this cedar bench as part of her Senior Capstoner Project.
Parks donated the bench to the high school where it has been placed in front of the building for students to enjoy.
All seniors are completing Capstoner Projects as their final examination for an English class.
Students will present the projects to panels of teachers, parents and community members during the week of June 10 to June 14.
Community members interested in volunteering to serve on a panel may contact high school Principal Joann Chambers at 265-2000 extension 809 or jchambers@potsdam.k12.ny.us.
Panelists do not need to have any special skills and only need to be available for a one-hour period of time to view three student presentations.
