Deuel is a member of the class of 2019. She graduated from Potsdam Central High School.

Students met with several St. Lawrence University alumni, including Gary Dake, president of Stewart's Shops; Tom Caulfield, senior vice president and general manager of GlobalFoundries semiconductor manufacturing facility in Saratoga Springs; William Barclay, New York Assemblyman; Kate Hogan, Warren County District Attorney; Marion Roach Smith, St. Lawrence trustee and author; Joseph Richardson, trustee emeritus and operating director for Delta Point Capital Management; and Rex Smith, editor of the Albany Times-Union.

SLU Connect Albany builds off of the SLU Connect D.C. program.
