FINE -- An Oswegatchie man held in St. Lawrence County Correctional Facility is facing additional charges.
Robert L. McGuinness, 31, of Oswegatchie was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Thursday at 2:30 p.m.
Last week McGuinness was charged with two counts of third-degree burglary for illegal entry with intent to commit a crime and one count of second-degree burglary for entering a dwelling for incidents that occurred June 17, 19 and 25..
McGuinness was released on his own recognizance last week, but is now being held on $5,000 cash bail.
