Ogdensburg resident named to dean's list at Colby College

Katherine G. Nealon, a member of the Class of 2011 at Colby College in Waterville, Maine, was named to the dean's list for her outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2010-11 year.

Nealon, the daughter of James and Kristin Nealon of Ogdensburg, is majoring in international studies at Colby.

She attended Uruguayan American School.

Students whose grade point averages were 3.6 or higher were named to the Dean's List.

Founded in 1813, Colby College is the 12th-oldest independent liberal arts college in the nation.

Colby provides a rigorous academic program that fosters transformational relationships between students and faculty.

Graduates emerge as committed leaders ready to make an impact on their world. The college enrolls 1,850 students.
