OGDENSBURG -- Ogdensburg native Nicki Ryan's portrayal of the Abbe Francois Picquet Monument will be made into a collectable Christmas ornament to be sold later this year.
It was voted winner at a contest at the recent Boys and Girls Club Expo.
Ryan's piece tallied 30 votes, a rendering of the Hotel McConville came in second with 29 votes and the Claxton-Hepburn Memorial Hospital and Customs House came in third with 20 votes each.
