OGDENSBURG -- Nathan Sarkin, Ogdensburg, has enrolled in Rochester Institute of Technology's National Technical Institute for the Deaf, the nation's first and largest technological college for deaf and hard-of-hearing students.
He is a graduate of Ogdensburg Free Academy High School and the son of Andy and Sue Smith of Ogdensburg.
