OGDENSBURG – An Ogdensburg man who recently completed the 201st session of basic training at the New York State Police Academy will be honored at a graduation service July 17 in Albany.
Trooper Joshua Hunter of Ogdensburg was the winner of the Superintendent’s Firearms Proficiency Award.
He will be assigned to Troop B.
