OGDENSBURG -- Hailey Weber, eighth grade, was recently selected as the Ogdensburg Free Academy student of the month for April.
“Hailey is a delightful student who demonstrates a positive attitude towards classmates, as well as her teachers. She is a hard worker in all aspects of academics, and she embraces the responsibility required of advanced coursework to maintain High Honor Roll,” said Pamela Luckie, OFA principal.
“Hailey is an excellent role model for other students. Hailey participates in band, chorus and track. She is also a member of the Jr. National Honor Society, Builder’s Club, St. John’s Conservatory Theater and Julie’s Dance Studio,” she said.
Weber received a certificate from OFA, a “Chamber Dollars” check and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
