Connor White of Norwood and Britney Wells of Massena recently graduated from SUNY Oneonta with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
White graduated with a with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and Wells received a bachelor's degree in biology.
More than 1,000 graduates who completed the requirements for bachelor's degrees, master's degrees and certificates of advanced study participated in three ceremonies in the Dewar Arena of the Alumni Field House.
Broadway producer Hal Luftig and set designer Neil Mazzella addressed the graduates and received honorary doctorates.
Both are Tony award-winning SUNY Oneonta Alumni of Distinction who engage with SUNY Oneonta theatre students by hosting career exploration experiences through the college's "From Goodrich to Broadway" program.
SUNY Oneonta enrolls 6,000 students in its 70 undergraduate majors and 14 graduate programs.
