NORWOOD -- Cody Blevins, Norwood Norfolk Central School, has been chosen as the Rotary Club of Potsdam’s BOCES student of the month for September.

Blevins is a student in the environmental technology program at BOCES Seaway Tech.

A Rotary luncheon was held in Blevins’ honor, where he met with Potsdam Rotarians and was commended for his hard work by Seaway Tech teacher Eugene Mullaney.
