Norwood-Norfolk Central School names November students of the month

Front, Alisabeth Furnace and Natalie Darabon. Back, Kimberly Brown, Sidney Molnar, Jonathan Ashley and Robin Fetter.

NORWOOD -- Norwood-Norfolk Central School recently named November students of the month.

Natalie Darabon is the freshman student of the month. She is the daughter of Betsy Darabon of Norwood. She is the assistant manager of the modified softball team. She enjoys reading, signing and hanging out with friends. Darabon plans to attend college for fashion design.

Sidney Molnar is the sophomore student of the month. She is the daughter of Debbie and George Molnar of Norfolk. She participates in school activities including Varsity Club and Travel Club. She plays softball and hockey and someday hopes to play NCAA Division 1 hockey. She is the president of the sophomore class. She enjoys math and reading. She hopes to one day become become an aerospace or biomedical engineer.

Jonathan Ashley is the junior student of the month. He is the son of Edward Ashley of Norfolk. His hobbies include music and playing guitar. After high school, he plans to attend college.

Alisabeth Furnace is the senior student of the month. She is the daughter of Lynn and Lisa Furnace of Norfolk. She spends her free time watching movies with friends and reading. She also plays the oboe. She is a member of Key Club, Varsity Club, National Honor Society, band and chorus. She plays softball and basketball. After high school, She plans to attend LeMoyne College for the physician assistant program or Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences for the doctor of pharmacy program.
