• Tyler Eddy of Massena, a junior majoring in electrical engineering.
• Jada Flanagan of Hermon, a freshman majoring in university studies.
• Abigail Gruneisen of Potsdam, a senior majoring in biology / psychology.
• Charles Helenbrook of Potsdam, a freshman majoring in mechanical engineering.
• Bedros Janoyan of Potsdam, a freshman majoring in civil engineering.
• Claire Maciel of Potsdam, a sophomore majoring in interdisciplinary liberal studies.
• Abigail Matthews of Massena, a junior majoring in computer science / digital arts and sciences.
• Austin Milone of Harrisville, a sophomore majoring in political science.
• Alison Parker of Potsdam, a sophomore majoring in biology.

Presidential scholars must achieve a minimum 3.80 grade-point average and carry at least 14 credit hours.
