ELMIRA -- Elmira College Recognized the following Honor Scholars at Winter Convocation:

• Chelsea Hotaling, '11, of Morristown, has earned recognition as a Cowles Scholar. Hotaling is majoring in Accounting and Economics and is the daughter of Hilton Hotaling, Jr. and the late Denise Hotaling.

To achieve standing as a Cowles Honor Scholar, students must be members of the Class of 2010, have attended at least two terms and hold a 3.6 cumulative grade point average.
