Alexa Cappione of Massena was among the 2,477 students at the University of Massachusetts Boston who recently made the spring 2016 dean's list.
The University of Massachusetts Boston offers a diverse student population and an “intimate learning environment and the rich experience of a great American city,” according to a press release from the college.
Boston's public university is “recognized for its innovative research and picturesque waterfront location,” the release said.
UMass Boston's 11 colleges and graduate schools serve more than 17,000 students.
