MASSENA -- Massena Rotary Club’s District Governor for 2017-2018, Susan Bellor (left) presented the prestigious Rotary Citation to Massena’s 2017-2018 President Susan Lambert for her club’s completing all necessary requirements stipulated by Rotary International.
This encompassed areas of citation specific goals, service, public image, The Rotary Foundation, Polio Plus, membership and engagement and young leaders.
Massena was one of 13 clubs out of 67 in District 7040 that earned this award.
