Bill Jaggers, a teacher at Massena High School, recently passed his Kang Shi Do 1st degree black belt test.
He was judged by third degree black belt Jonathan G. French, first degree black belt Samantha Conn, sixth degree black belt Master Matthew Mooney, fifth degree black belt Soke/Master Jonathan A. French, third degree black belt Joseph Vierno, first degree black belt Rod Curran, and fourth degree black belt Amos Brooks.
Jaggers is also an assistant instructor at the U.S. Combat Dojo in Massena and a board member at the Association of Martial Artists World Wide.
“He did an amazing job” on his test, said French.
