Charles F. Fahd, chief executive officer and Cindy Rockhill, director of perinatal services, present Snow Harper-Moulton with the “Celebrate You Bouquet.”

MASSENA -- Snow Harper-Moulton, a certified child birth educator and registered nurse, recently received the “Celebrate You Bouquet” at Massena Memorial Hospital.

Harper-Moulton works on the maternity unit and has been an employee for 18 years.

She is also a lactation specialist, working one on one with new mothers. She facilitates a breast feeding support group the first Tuesday of each month at the New Testament Church Nursery.

The bouquet is presented to an employee each month who goes above and beyond to make the hospital a better place for patients, visitors and employees.

After the employee enjoys the flowers, she can share the bouquet by passing it to a fellow employee who has gone above and beyond to make a difference at work.

As the bouquet is shared each person writes a message to the new recipient about how they have made a difference.
