MASSENA -- Anita Richards was recently selected as the Massena Memorial Hospital employee of the month.

Richards is a coder/abstractor at the hospital.

She was nominated by her peers and division head as a great team player, always willing to help and work with co-workers, according to Charles Fahd, chief executive officer.

“Anita is a valued team member of the Massena Memorial Hospital family and should be congratulated for all her hard work and dedication to the hospital and Health Information Systems Department,” said Fahd.

She has worked at the hospital for 26 years.

As the Massena Memorial Hospital Employee of the Quarter, Richards received an employee of the month bouquet and gifts, along with a designated parking spot in front of the hospital and a gift certificate from the Massena Memorial Hospital Auxiliary.
