MASSENA -- Sensei Bill Jaggers recently passed his first degree black belt test in both ITF Tae Kwon Do and Joshiki Martial Arts.
The test was given at the U.S. Combat Dojo in Massena and was judged by Master Jonathan A. French, Master Amos Brooks, Sensei Joe Vierno, Sensei Talia Rodriguez, Sensei Jonathan G. French, and Sensei Taylor LaMotte.
Jaggers is also a second degree black belt in Kang Shi Do, a board member of the Association on Martial Artists World Wide, and a high school teacher at Massena Central School, according to Master/Soke Jonathan A. French.
