MASSENA -- The Massena Artists Association picked Norwood-Norfolk Central art teachers Jason Hubbard and Ben Yandeau of Potsdam as judges for their 30th juried art exhibit.
The exhibit will open with a reception at the Massena Public Library on Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 6:30 p.m.
Refreshments will be served.
It will remain on display at the library through Friday, Feb. 27.
