OGDENSBURG — Breanna Cooper, a senior from Heuvelton Central School, has been named the January BOCES Student of the Month by the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
Breanna is a student in the BOCES cosmetology program taught by Vicky Garrabrant.
Mrs. Garrabrant had this to say about her, “Breanna has excelled in her communication skills. She is great with the clients this year. Her peers also comment on her abilities to service a client with confidence and pride. We are all so proud of Breanna.”
Breanna received a certificate from BOCES, a Chamber Dollars check sponsored by Key Bank, NA and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
