HAMMOND -- Edwin Hadlock of Hammond was recently awarded the 2013 District Director Award by the state Conservation District Employees’ Association.
Hadlock was appointed to the St. Lawrence County Soil and Water Conservation District Board of Directors in April of 1997.
Hadlock was recognized for the significant contributions he has made to the Soil and Water Conservation District.
He was selected for his sustained support to promote and advance conservation programs.
He received recognition and a plaque at a banquet that was attended by statewide Soil and Water Conservation District employees, as well as his wife Joan and children Douglas Hadlock, Jennifer Gardner, and Debra Richards.
