HAMMOND -- Hammond Central School student Shelyka Toland recently won the Wounded Warrior Outdoor Adventures Program logo design contest.
Toland attends the Ogdensburg Northwest Career and Technical Education Center Graphics Communications Program.
Her entry, which was selected from over fifty entries, earned her a a plaque and t-shirt for her design.
