OGDENSBURG – The Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce has selected Mackenzie Cota, a senior from Lisbon Central School, as the November BOCES Student of the Month.
Mackenzie is in the BOCES Health Careers Program taught by Elayne Woodcock.
“Mackenzie is an outstanding student with the intent to pursue a career in a health care setting,” Woodcock said. “Mackenzie’s attendance has been exceptional, as well.”
Mackenzie received a certificate from BOCES, a Chamber Dollars check sponsored by Jones Insurance Agency, and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber.
Mackenzie will be in SUNY Canton’s nursing program next fall.
