OGDENSBURG -- Chelsea Gardner was recently selected as the BOCES student of the month for February by the Greater Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
Gardner is a senior at Ogdensburg Free Academy.
She is a student in the BOCES graphic communications program, taught by Ronald Shirtz.
Gardner received a certificate from BOCES, a “Chamber Dollars” check sponsored by Key Bank, NA and a plaque from the Ogdensburg Chamber of Commerce.
